La missió de l’espiritualitat és fer-nos adonar que hi ha quelcom més que el cos en aquest cos.
«Déu ens ha fet a la Seva imatge i semblança» vol dir que tenim la capacitat de fer un gir al nostre tarannà i transformar-nos profundament, perquè l’ànima que som és una ànima com ho és Déu, l’Ànima més Elevada, amb totes les virtuts que Ell té. No és pas que Ell ens hagi generat ni hàgim sortit d’una estella d’Ell; no, som eternes com ho és Ell, i, només que parem una mica d’atenció al nostre sistema de pensaments totalment influïts per l’exterior, i analitzar quines son les nostres paraules, i quines activitats fem.., ja estarem fen passos de gegant per transformar-nos.

Punts: Deixeu que les vostres activitats siguin divines. Per què us enfadeu i comenceu a bordar? Al paradís no hi ha ira.

Si permetem que hi hagi un canvi cap a millor persona, si procurem allunyar-nos de les opinions de gent imbuïda d’odi, de sentiments de venjança, de negativitat i foscor, si intentem portar aquest canvi en nosaltres, la felicitat començarà a omplir les nostres cèl·lules, humors, etc., i, de retruc aportarem felicitat al nostre voltant. La nostra visió del món començarà a destensar-se tot i que encara es vagin produint actes vandàlics arreu del món.
En veurem moltes de coses desgraciades, però amb la fe ferma de que tot pot canviar i que canviarà, perquè el món ha canviat nombroses vegades, tantes que son incomptables, cooperarem aportant una visió més neta damunt la brutícia existent.
Estiguem atents a no caure al parany de la foscor altre cop, marxem sense aturador cap a la llum que som.
“No t’oblidis de viure, de somriure, de perdonar, d’agrair, de triar estar bé”

The mission of spirituality is to make us realize that there is something more than the body in this body.
“God has made us in His image and likeness” means that we have the capacity to make a turn in our nature and transform ourselves profoundly, because the soul that we are is a soul like God, the Highest Soul, with all the virtues that He has. It is not that He generated us or that we came from a splinter of Him; no, we are eternal like He is, and, just by paying a little attention to our system of thoughts totally influenced by the outside, and analyzing what our words are, and what activities we do…, we will already be making giant steps towards transforming ourselves.

Points: Let your activities be divine. Why do you get angry and start barking? There is no anger in paradise.

If we allow a change to happen towards a better person, if we try to distance ourselves from the opinions of people imbued with hatred, feelings of revenge, negativity and darkness, if we try to bring this change within ourselves, happiness will begin to fill our cells, moods, etc., and in return we will bring happiness to those around us. Our vision of the world will begin to relax even though vandalism is still occurring around the world.
We will see many unfortunate things, but with the firm faith that everything can change and will change, because the world has changed numerous times, so many that they are uncountable, we will cooperate by providing a cleaner vision on the existing dirt.
Let us be careful not to fall into the trap of darkness again, let us march without stopping towards the light that we are.
“Don’t forget to live, to smile, to forgive, to be grateful, to choose to be well”

La misión de la espiritualidad es hacernos darnos cuenta de que en este cuerpo hay algo más que el cuerpo.
“Dios nos ha hecho a su imagen y semejanza” significa que tenemos la capacidad de dar un giro a nuestra naturaleza y transformarnos profundamente, porque el alma que somos es un alma como Dios, el Alma Suprema, con todas las virtudes que Él tiene. No es que Él nos haya generado o que hayamos salido de una astilla de Él; no, somos eternos como Él, y, con sólo prestar un poco de atención a nuestro sistema de pensamientos totalmente influenciado por lo exterior, y analizar cuáles son nuestras palabras, y qué actividades realizamos…, ya estaremos dando pasos gigantes hacia nuestra transformación.

Puntos: Que tus actividades sean divinas. ¿Por qué te enojas y te pones a ladrar? En el paraíso no hay ira.

Si permitimos que se produzca un cambio a mejor persona, si intentamos distanciarnos de las opiniones de personas imbuidas de odio, sentimientos de venganza, negatividad y oscuridad, si intentamos llevar este cambio dentro de nosotros, la felicidad comenzará a llenar nuestras células, estados de ánimo, etc., y a cambio llevaremos felicidad a quienes nos rodean. Nuestra visión del mundo comenzará a relajarse aunque el vandalismo siga ocurriendo en todo el mundo.
Veremos muchas cosas lamentables, pero con la fe firme de que todo puede cambiar y cambiará, porque el mundo ha cambiado numerosas veces, tantas que son incontables, cooperaremos aportando una visión más limpia sobre la suciedad existente.
Tengamos cuidado de no caer de nuevo en la trampa de la oscuridad, marchemos sin parar hacia la luz que somos.
