PUNT D’ESSÈNCIA : **Convertiu cada casa en un temple.**
Qué és un Temple? Què és una llar? Tots ho sabem, avui dia hi ha tanta diferencia.., moltes llars esdevenen inferns complerts. Tenim un repte, quín? Tornar-li a donar a la llar l’eslogan: “Llar.., dolça llar”. El món s’ha de transformar, però primer ha de començar per casa.
La primera llar que s’ha de transformar és la llar de l’anima: el cos on residim mentre estem a la Terra; li hem de donar l’honestedat que es mereix el temple de l’ànima; ens mereixem netedat, ja n’hi ha prou de brutícia, s’han de desterrar els vicis de l’ànima i llavors començarà la verdadera transformació. Com es fa això? Estudiant el coneixement i el Raja Ioga antic de Bharat. Tan senzill com això.

El primer hogar que debe transformarse, es el hogar del alma: el cuerpo donde residimos mientras estamos en la Tierra; debemos darle la honestidad que se merece el templo del alma; merecemos limpieza, ya basta de suciedad, se deben desterrar los vicios del alma y entonces empezará la verdadera transformación. Cómo se hace esto? Estudiando el conocimiento y el Raja Yoga antiguo de Bharat. Tan sencillo como eso.
