Aquesta és una meditació per a experimentar el millor de nosaltres, enfortir-ho i donar-ho. Sentirem que per molt que donem mai no ens buidarem. Cal tenir un temps lliure per poder-ho experimentar i en cada punt suspensiu estar-hi el temps que volem, sense pautes, sense presses, viure cadascun dels punts que ens faran volar i oblidar que estem en un cos i ens faran experimentar que formem part de quelcom molt gran.

Visualitzat assegut en una butaca molt còmode, s’hi està molt bé i molt relaxat….., visualitzat-hi assegut darrera del teu front……, darrera el teu front és un lloc on ningú et pot molestar, és el teu reialme……, sent com dins del teu cor existeixen cinc recipients, com bols de bronze, polits, nets i molt brillants……, cadascun amb la seva pròpia i única vibració……., quan et fixes en el que du escrit PAU al seu interior comença a amarar-te de pau la seva vibració, sent la pau….., el que du escrit AMOR la seva vibració t’inunda d’amor, sent l’amor…..,  el que hi diu FELICITAT sents gronxar-te de felicitat….., al que hi ha SAVIESA sents que l’intel·lecte i el cor abasten més enllà de tot l’imaginable…., en el que hi posa PODER t’enforteixes fins el punt de sentir-te capaç de tenir solucions per tot i la por desapareix…., estigues l’estona que desitgis visualitzant cadascun individualment i experimentant com t’omples les seves vibracions…… Quan vulguis i poc a poc sense desconnectar de la visualització, adona’t d’un doll de llum que prové de l’Univers que arriba fins on ets i t’il·lumina des de dalt d’una llum daurada…., ara, que tens tots els bols vibrant i omplint-te de totes les teves qualitats interiors, aquesta llum daurada fa que vibrin molt més i els fa vessar un a un……, ara tens tant de tot que pots ser generós i donar el que et sobra al món……,  mentre experimentes la situació assegut en la butaca darrera del teu front, fes aparèixer al teu davant, a la pantalla de la teva ment, el planeta, la Terra vista com es veu des dels satèl·lits…., blava i preciosa……, ara condueix-hi mentalment cadascuna de les qualitats que la llum daurada està fent vessar dels teus recipients……, visualitza com embolcalla el planeta en aures de diferents colors……  Ara estàs ajudant a la Força Creadora de l’Univers a renovar la matèria del que tot està composat, els cinc elements: aigua, terra, foc, aire i èter……, i també arriba a tots els éssers que hi viuen……,  manté aquest flux continu des de la Font de Llum Daurada a través de tu cap el món tanta estona com vulguis….., mai et buidaràs.

While you experience the situation sitting in the armchair, behind of your forehead, make you appear in front of you the planet, the Earth seen as It looks from the satellites….., blue and precious ……, now mentally, it leads to the Earth, each one of the qualities, that the golden light is making overflow of your containers……, visualize how wrap the planet in aura of different colors….. Now you are helping the the Creative Force of the Universe to renew the material of which everything is composed, the five elements: water, earth, fire, air and ether……, and it also reaches at all the beings that live there……, keep this flow continuously from the Golden Light Source across you into the world as long as you want…., you will never empty.

Esta es una meditación para experimentar lo mejor de nosotros, fortalecerlo y darlo. Sentiremos que por mucho que damos nunca nos vaciaremos. Hay que tener un tiempo libre para poderlo experimentar y en cada punto suspensivo estar el tiempo que queramos, sin pautas, sin prisas, vivir cada uno de los puntos que nos harán volar y olvidar que estamos en un cuerpo y nos harán experimentar que formamos parte de algo muy grande.

Visualizate sentado en un sillón muy cómodo, se está muy bien y muy relajado ….., visualizate en él sentado detrás de tu frente ……, detrás de tu frente es un lugar donde nadie te puede molestar , es tu reino ……, siente como dentro de tu corazón existen cinco recipientes, como cuencos de bronce, pulidos, limpios y muy brillantes ……, cada uno con su propia y única vibración .. ….., cuando te fijas en el que lleva escrito PAZ en su interior, comienza a impregnarte de paz, su vibración, siente la paz ….., el que lleva escrito AMOR su vibración te inunda de amor, siente el amor ….., en el que dice FELICIDAD siente columpiarte de felicidad ….., en el que hay SABIDURÍA siente que el intelecto y el corazón abarcan más allá de todo lo imaginable …., en el que pone PODER te fortaleces hasta el punto de sentirte capaz de tener soluciones para todo y el miedo desaparece …., estés el tiempo que desees visualizando cada uno individualmente y experimentando como te llenas de sus vibraciones …… Cuando quieras, y poco a poco sin desconectar de la visualización, date cuenta de un haz de luz que proviene del Universo que llega hasta donde estás y te ilumina desde arriba de una luz dorada …., ahora, que tienes todos los boles vibrando y llenándote de todas tus cualidades interiores, esta luz dorada hace que vibren mucho más y los rebosa uno a uno ……, ahora tienes tanto de todo, que puedes ser generoso y dar lo que te sobra al mundo ……, mientras experimentas la situación sentado en el sillón detrás de tu frente, haz aparecer ante ti, en la pantalla de tu mente, el planeta , la Tierra vista como se ve desde los satélites …., azul y preciosa ……, ahora conduce ahí mentalmente, a cada una de las cualidades que la luz dorada está haciendo rebosar de tus recipientes ……, visualiza como envuelve el planeta en auras de diferentes colores …… Ahora estás ayudando a la Fuerza Creadora del Universo a renovar la materia de lo que todo está compuesto, los cinco elementos: agua, tierra , fuego, aire y éter ……, y también llega a todos los seres que viven ahí……, mantén este flujo continuo desde la Fuente de Luz Dorada a través de ti hacia el mundo tanto tiempo como quieras ….., nunca te vaciarás.
