Ahir vaig veure un Ministre de Déu plorar amb el cor ferit per les ganivetes d’una cruel tanca.

Ahir vaig veure un ministre del govern ferit l’orgull per la intromissió, més que no pas pel que puguin destrossar, ganivetes d’una tanca consentida.

Quí fa les normes del joc sempre guanya la partida perquè les va adaptant segons li convé; però ignora que quan tots els jugadors hagin perdut, el joc s’acabarà i ell també haurà perdut perquè ja no podrà jugar contra ningú.

Ahir vaig veure un Papa plorar.

Quan es perd l’honor de l’ànima,

s’arregla mirant cap a una altra banda.

Ahir vaig veure un ministre renegar.

Quan ja no hi restin ulls,

quí veurà banderes onejar?

Quién hace las normas del juego siempre gana la partida porque las va adaptando según le conviene; pero ignora que cuando todos los jugadores hayan perdido, el juego se acabará y él también habrá perdido porque ya no podrá jugar contra nadie.
