Una bombolla d’energia
La introspecció implica silenci. No tant el silenci extern, sinó baixar la velocitat en la qual un crea pensaments i fer cada vegada més espai entre cada un, sentint cada vegada més pau, de manera que un comença a desenvolupar un gust per estar sol amb si mateix.
La introspecció és una bombolla d’energia que torna a omplir l’ànima mitjançant la pròpia observació. Renaixen l’estabilitat i l’ordre interior que faciliten la decisió sobre com actuar davant de qualsevol dificultat o caos.
Quan s’aconsegueix controlar totes les escombraries internes i mantenir només el que val la pena, el cansament intern, emocional i mental, desapareix i no només tenim més energia sinó que podem acumular-la.
No s’ha de tenir por d’estar amb un mateix, cal aprendre a estimar l’estar en introspecció.Extracte del llibre:

A bubble of energy
Introspection implies silence. Not so much the external silence, but lower the speed in which one creates thoughts and make more and more space between each one, feeling more and more peace, so that one begins to develop a taste for being alone with oneself.
Introspection is a bubble of energy that replenishes the soul through observation itself. Stability and inner order are reborn that facilitate the decision on how to act in the face of any difficulty or chaos.
When you manage to control all the internal garbage and keep only what is worthwhile, the internal, emotional and mental fatigue disappears and we not only have more energy but we can accumulate it.
Do not be afraid to be with yourself, you have to learn to love being in introspection.Excerpt from the book:
