Qui domina el cos?//Who dominates the body?//¿Quién domina el cuerpo?

Diem «el meu cos», així és evident qui n’és l’amo o el «dipositari» en aquell moment, no? Jo! I.., qui és «jo?»…
Per poc que reflexionem, veurem la dicotomia que envolta la humanitat i en les contradiccions amb les que ens confonem fins no saber què i qui som.
M’he adonat que la paraula ànima no s’accepta i causa fins i tot «al·lèrgies».., però no hi ha cap explicació més autèntica que la de ser una ànima que entén que aquell és el seu cos temporal: «-Jo sóc una ànima que fa que aquest cos realitzi accions.»
Tant és si se li diu un altre nom.., la qüestió és comprendre que «jo» sóc diferent al cos; perquè si es comprèn això i s’accepta.., ja podrem ser qui porta les regnes de la pròpia vida.

We say “my body”, so it’s obvious who is the owner or the “depositary” at that moment, isn’t it? I! And… who is “I?”…
No matter how little we reflect, we will see the dichotomy that surrounds humanity and in the contradictions with which we get confused until we don’t know what and who we are.
I have noticed that the word soul is not accepted and even causes “allergies”.., but there is no more authentic explanation than that of being a soul who understands that this is his temporary body: ” – I am a soul that makes that this body perform actions.
It doesn’t matter if it is called another name…, the point is to understand that “I” am different from the body; because if this is understood and accept it…, we can be the ones who take the reins of our own lives.

Decimos “mi cuerpo”, entonces es obvio quién es el dueño o el “depositario” en ese momento, ¿no? ¡Yo! Y… ¿quién es “yo”?…
Por poco que reflexionemos, veremos la dicotomía que envuelve a la humanidad y en las contradicciones con las que nos confundimos hasta no saber qué y quiénes somos.
He notado que la palabra alma no es aceptada y hasta provoca “alergias”.., pero no hay explicación más auténtica que la de ser un alma que comprende que este es su cuerpo temporal: “- Soy un alma que hace que este cuerpo realice acciones.
No importa si se le llama de otro modo.., la cuestión es entender que “yo” soy diferente del cuerpo; porque si esto se entiende y se acepta…, podemos ser nosotros quienes tomemos las riendas de nuestra propia vida.
