Hi han violències molt punyents i potser encara pitjors que la violència física, que fan molt de mal degut a la seva imperceptibilitat. Son invisibles perquè actuen al nostre interior. No ens adonem que ens danyem o que danyem.

VIOLÈNCIA ESPIRITUAL: quan em menyspreu a mi mateix, això és violència contra mi mateix, contra l’ànima que sóc.

Com puc ser pacífic i feliç? Déu és un Ésser pacífic i amorós, per tant, si em connecto amb aquest Ésser, m’adonaré de la diferència, i, aquella violència es farà visible. Sense respecte cap als altres o cap a mi mateix, no hi pot haver amor. La violència és manca d’amor.

There are violences that are very poignant and perhaps even worse than physical violence, which do a lot of harm due to their imperceptibility. They are invisible because they act inside us. We don’t realize that we are harming ourselves or that we are harming to others.

SPIRITUAL VIOLENCE: when I underrate myself, this is violence against myself, against the soul that I am.

How can I be peaceful and happy? God is a peaceful and loving Being, therefore, if I connect with this Being, I will notice the difference, and that violence will become visible. Without respect for others or for myself, there can be no love. Violence is lack of love.

Hay violencias que son muy punzantes y quizás incluso peores que la violencia física, que hacen mucho daño por su imperceptibilidad. Son invisibles porque actúan dentro de nosotros. No nos damos cuenta de que nos estamos dañando a nosotros mismos o que estamos dañando a los demás.

VIOLENCIA ESPIRITUAL: cuando me menosprecio a mí mismo, esto es violencia contra mí mismo, contra el alma que soy.

¿Cómo puedo estar en paz y feliz? Dios es un Ser pacífico y amoroso, por lo tanto, si me conecto con este Ser, notaré la diferencia, y esa violencia se hará visible. Sin respeto por los demás o por mí mismo, no puede haber amor. La violencia es falta de amor.
