Ens enganyem a nosaltres mateixos, ens ofusquem per qüestions que no tenen tanta importància com els donem.., i tot perquè no tenim una vareta màgica que ens doni una versió de la realitat més aproximada.

El coneixement del Raja Ioga, ens dóna llum per il·luminar les nostres ombres, aquelles que ens tergiversen la realitat; el ioga (interiorització i connexió amb nosaltres mateixos i amb la Divinitat) és un foc capaç de cremar qualsevol vici o costum danyí que hàgim adoptat i fet nostre. Amb aquesta llum i aquest poder s’hi pot veure més clar i ja costarà molt més que ens enganyem o que ens meravellin coses que son com miratges. CONEIXEMENT DEL RAJA IOGA

We deceive ourselves, we are obfuscated by issues that have not as important as we give them.., and all because we do not have a magic wand that gives us a version of reality that is more approximate.

The knowledge of Raja Yoga gives us light to illuminate our shadows, those that distort our reality; yoga (internalization and connection with ourselves and with the Divinity) is a fire capable of burning any vice or harmful habit that we have adopted and made our own.
