Si alguna vegada sents que el cor t’oprimeix i no saps perquè et sents així, estigues alerta, perquè això és senyal que l’ànima s’està carregant en excés, doncs tot i no ser-ne gaire conscient.., has pensat, has pres una actitud, has dit quelcom o has fet alguna acció que ha perjudicat a algú.
En aquest món físic i en aquests temps, és impossible pensar o fer cap acció sense càrrega negativa, si abans no ens hem conscienciat profundament, i tot i així, tot pensament, tota paraula, tota acció i tota actitud tenen sobrepès pel que fa al karma negatiu. Només hi ha un mètode infal·lible per desllastar-nos l’ànima d’excés de pes, Déu diu: -Recordeu-Me només a Mi i s’eliminarà el vostre karma negatiu.-
