Sentir-se perdut en mig d’un batibull és quelcom habitual, perquè ningú ens ha dit com seguir estable quan tot al nostre voltant està creant confusió.

Jo mateixa en algun moment he experimentat confusió quan ha succeït alguna cosa inesperada, que sobta semblant més gran, del què de fet és.
Sí que, de seguida he tornat al meu estat natural, perquè la pràctica del Raja Ioga, em serveix. Però mai s’ha de baixar les defenses pensant que, això ja ho tinc! Perquè, si superes una prova.., en vindrà una de més grossa. És com quan, en qualsevol escola, van passant de classes a mida que es van superant els nivells.
