• L’amor espiritual és com una alenada d’aire fresc enmig del tipus d’amor al que els humans ens hem arribat a acostumar en aquests temps.
• En ma vida havia vist tants matrimonis trencats, tantes parelles en desacord, tants sentiments aixafats com estic veient per tot arreu en aquests moments d’ara. Crec que he viscut molts anys com per poder comparar i gairebé fer una estadística mental d’això.
• Per això es necessita més que mai aquest aire fresc d’amor sense egoisme. Mirar a l’altre no com a un enemic que et ve a prendre la pau, sinó com algú que té tantes necessitats com tu mateix.
• Un somriure serè no fa mai mal a ningú.., si s’esbossa sense un rictus de circumstàncies, honestament. Serà estrany si l’altre no te’l torna, però encara que sigui així, haurà valgut la pena, perquè el somriure actua com un bàlsam en l’anima; ho torna tot més dolç i no posa barreres de desconfiança.
• Somriure als altres trenca el gel del cor que ara tenim els humans.
• S’ha de practicar aquest tipus d’amor espiritual, ja que contra més adversitats vinguin més glaçats es tornen els cors de tothom, i, si no s’ha practicat abans, serà difícil esbossar somriures en moments de necessitat.

• In my life I had seen so many broken marriages, so many couples at odds, so many crushed feelings as I am seeing everywhere at this moment. I think I have lived many years to be able to compare and almost make a mental statistic of this.
• That is why this fresh air of love without selfishness is needed more than ever. To look at the other not as an enemy who comes to take your peace, but as someone who has as many needs as you yourself.
• A serene smile never hurts anyone…, if it is outlined without a rictus of circumstances, honestly. It will be strange if the other does not return it, but even if it is so, it will have been worth it, because the smile acts like a balm on the soul; it makes everything sweeter and does not put up barriers of distrust.

• En mi vida he visto tantos matrimonios rotos, tantas parejas en desacuerdo, tantos sentimientos destrozados como los que veo por todas partes en este momento. Creo que he vivido muchos años para poder comparar y casi hacer una estadística mental de esto.
• Por eso, este aire fresco de amor sin egoísmo es más necesario que nunca. Mirar al otro no como un enemigo que viene a quitarte la paz, sino como alguien que tiene tantas necesidades como tú.
• Una sonrisa serena nunca hace daño a nadie… si se esboza sin rictus de circunstancias, con honestidad. Será extraño si el otro no la devuelve, pero incluso si es así, habrá valido la pena, porque la sonrisa actúa como un bálsamo para el alma; endulza todo y no levanta barreras de desconfianza.
• Sonreír a los demás rompe el hielo del corazón que los humanos ahora tenemos. Este tipo de amor espiritual debe ser practicado, ya que mientras más adversidades llegan, más se congela el corazón de todos, y, si no se ha practicado antes, será difícil sonreír en los momentos de necesidad.
