PAU EN LA MENT//PEACE IN THE MIND//PAZ EN LA MENTE

Quantes vegades no haurem pensat en un moment d’atabalament, «aah!, els pensaments no s’aturen!, ja n’hi ha prou!»
ESLÒGAN: Posar fi a malgastar pensaments en un segon és fer un esforç intens.
El Pare de l’ànima ens ensenya a ser amos de nosaltres mateixos, de dur les regnes dels pensaments, d’aturar-los quan ho vulguem, de re-emprendre’ls quan ho desitgem, amb el senzill mètode de fer-nos adonar que som els qui creen els pensaments que passen per la nostra ment.
L’esforç rau en adonar-nos-en, això costa una mica, per això se’n diu «un esforç». Però.., sense esforçar-nos no podríem ni posar-nos un got d’aigua ni beure’l. Déu estima qui fa alguna cosa per a si mateix perquè sap que també beneficia als altres. Tot allò que fem per millorar, millora el món.

El Padre del alma nos enseña a ser dueños de nosotros mismos, a tomar las riendas de los pensamientos, a detenerlos cuando queramos, a retomarlos cuando deseemos, con el sencillo método de hacernos comprender que somos nosotros quienes creamos los pensamientos que pasan por nuestra mente.
El esfuerzo está en darse cuenta; cuesta un poco, por eso se llama “esfuerzo”. Pero… sin esfuerzo no podríamos ni siquiera servir un vaso de agua ni beberlo. Dios ama a quienes hacen algo por sí mismos porque sabe que también beneficia a los demás. Todo lo que hacemos para mejorar, mejora el mundo.
