Mentre continues volant…

“La humilitat és la mare de totes les virtuts.
Et sembla que és així? Pensa-hi.
Si tens totes les virtuts excepte la humilitat,
seràs un ésser humà virtuós arrogant de les seves virtuts.
No obstant això, si ets virtuós i humil,
seràs una encarnació d'allò diví.

L’autèntica humilitat no s’ha de confondre amb la baixa autoestima. Compartiré un secret molt personal amb tu: Així com mai intentaré controlar ningú, tampoc permetré que ningú em controli. Així com mai no forçaré la meva voluntat davant ningú, tampoc deixaré que ningú forci la meva. Això no és arrogància. És amor propi, el poder de la humilitat.
L’ego tampoc desapareixerà, així com així. De fet, et seguirà a tot arreu. Fins i tot en aquestes meditacions plenes de llum. Estaràs allà assegut i de sobte apareixerà aquest o aquell pensament provinent del teu ésser limitat, i t’arrossegarà en un segon. Si et passa significa que segueixes estant a mercè d’influències d’un ordre menor. És un senyal de l’ego. En realitat, sempre que sentis una influència negativa, interna o externa, l’ego en serà el causant. L’ego és molt subtil i per això no és fàcil detectar-lo. Treballa de manera subterrània, minant els fonaments de la teva veritat.
Tot, absolutament ho pot fer: Comentaris i crítiques; tota mena de circumstàncies i situacions; qualsevol cosa pot disparar-lo.
Tot i això, si et mantens alerta i dirigeixes l’atenció a tu mateix, seràs capaç de mantenir-te humil. Seràs capaç de recordar que tot el que passa és una prova. Estàs sent provat en la teva determinació de no permetre que res no et toqui les ales.
Vés en compte a l’hora de fer servir ulls i orelles. Parla’ls. Digues als teus ulls: “Així és com heu de mirar!”, i a les teves orelles: “Això no heu d’escoltar-ho!”. Mantingues el teu amor propi recordant que no permetràs que l’ego t’arribi, que el mantindràs a ratlla. Mentre continues volant…

As you continue to fly…

"Humility is the mother of all virtues.
Do you think so? Think about it.
If you possess all the virtues except humility,
you will be a virtuous human being arrogant about their virtues.
However, if you are virtuous and humble,
you will be an embodiment of the divine.

True humility should not be confused with low self-esteem. I will share a very personal secret with you: Just as I will never try to control anyone, I will never allow anyone to control me. Just as I will never force my will on anyone, I will never let anyone force mine. This is not arrogance. It is self-love, the power of humility.
The ego is not going to disappear just like that either. In fact, it will follow you everywhere. Even in those light-filled meditations. You will be sitting there and suddenly this or that thought will appear from your limited self, and it will pull you in a second. If this happens to you, it means you are still at the mercy of influences of A lesser order. It’s a sign of the ego. In reality, whenever you feel a negative influence, internal or external, the ego will be the cause. The ego is very subtle, which is why it’s not easy to detect. It works underground, undermining the foundations of your truth.
Everything, absolutely everything, can do it: comments and criticism; all kinds of circumstances and situations; anything can trigger it.
However, if you stay alert and direct your attention to yourself, you will be able to remain humble. You will be able to remember that everything that happens is a test. You are being tested in your determination not to let anything clip your wings.
Be careful how you use your eyes and ears. Speak to them. Say to your eyes, “This is how you should see!” and to your ears, “You don’t have to listen to that!” Maintain your self-love by remembering that you will not allow the ego to reach you, that you will keep it at bay. As you continue to fly…

Mientras continúas volando…

"La humildad es la madre de todas las virtudes.
¿Te parece que es así? Piensa en ello.
Si posees todas las virtudes excepto la humildad,
serás un ser humano virtuoso arrogante de sus virtudes.
Sin embargo, si eres virtuoso y humilde,
serás una encarnación de lo divino.

La auténtica humildad no debe confundirse con la baja autoestima. Compartiré un secreto muy personal contigo: Así como nunca trataré de controlar a nadie, tampoco permitiré que nadie me controle. Así como nunca forzaré mi voluntad ante nadie, tampoco dejaré que nadie fuerce la mía. Esto no es arrogancia. Es amor propio, el poder de la humildad.
El ego tampoco va a desaparecer, así como así. De hecho, te seguirá a todas partes. Incluso en esas meditaciones llenas de luz. Estarás ahí sentado y de repente aparecerá este o aquel pensamiento proveniente de tu ser limitado, y te arrastrará en un segundo. Si te ocurre significa que sigues estando a merced de influencias de un orden menor. Es una señal del ego. En realidad, siempre que sientas una influencia negativa, interna o externa, el ego será el causante. El ego es muy sutil y por eso no resulta fácil detectarlo. Trabaja de forma subterránea, minando los cimientos de tu verdad.
Todo, absolutamente puede hacerlo: Comentarios y críticas; todo tipo de circunstancias y situaciones; cualquier cosa puede dispararlo.
Sin embargo, si te mantienes alerta y diriges la atención a ti mismo, serás capaz de mantenerte humilde. Serás capaz de recordar que todo lo que ocurre es una prueba. Estás siendo probado en tu determinación de no permitir que nada te toque las alas.
Ten cuidado a la hora de usar ojos y oídos. Háblales. Di a tus ojos: “¡Así es como debéis mirar!”, y a tus oídos: “¡Eso no tenéis que escucharlo!”. Mantén tu amor propio recordando que no permitirás que el ego te alcance, que vas a mantenerlo a raya. Mientras continúas volando…
