De vegades l’espiritualitat pot semblar molt llunyana.., però el coneixement del Raja Ioga que Déu ensenya ens ho fa molt fàcil i útil.
PUNT D’EMPODERAMENT: Enforteix els teus fonaments de fe i roman constantment valent i sense preocupació.
Sempre que es presenti una situació adversa, fes del Pare el teu Company i experimentaràs que no estàs sol, sinó que algun poder especial està amb tu.
Preocupar-se és bàsicament un acte inútil.., perquè ens ocupem per avançat d’alguna cosa que potser ni succeirà. Gastem tanta energia amb les «preocupacions»!
És tan senzill com contemplar allò que arriba a la nostra vida sense el nostre permís, entendre que ha d’arribar i que se’n anirà tal com ha arribat i, mentrestant.., mentre està interferint amb el nostre fluir normal del dia a dia, ser conscients de que Ell és el nostre Company i mantenir-lo al nostre costat amb la fe de la Seva existència. Res tan senzill com això! Però amb el cor honest.

Practical Spirituality

Sometimes spirituality may seem very far away.., but the knowledge of Raja Yoga that God teaches us makes it very easy and useful for us.
EMPOWERMENT POINT: Strengthen your foundations of faith and remain constantly courageous and without worry.
Whenever an adverse situation arises, make the Father your Companion and you will experience that you are not alone, but some special power is with you.
Worrying is basically a useless act.., because we are taking care of something in advance that may not even happen. We waste so much energy with “worries”!
It is as simple as contemplating what comes into our life without our permission, understanding that it has to come and that it will go as it has come and, in the meantime.., while it is interfering with our normal day-to-day flow, being aware that He is our Companion and keeping Him by our side with the faith of His existence. Nothing as simple as that! But with an honest heart.

Espiritualidad práctica

A veces la espiritualidad puede parecer muy lejana, pero el conocimiento del Raja Yoga que Dios nos enseña la hace muy accesible y útil.
PUNTO EMPODERADOR: Fortalece tus cimientos de fe y mantente siempre valiente y sin preocupaciones.
Cuando surja una situación adversa, haz del Padre tu Compañero y experimentarás que no estás solo, sino que un poder especial te acompaña.
Preocuparse es básicamente un acto inútil, porque nos anticipamos a algo que quizás ni siquiera suceda. ¡Desperdiciamos tanta energía en preocupaciones!
Es tan simple como contemplar lo que llega a nuestra vida sin nuestro permiso, comprender que tiene que venir y que se irá como vino y, mientras tanto, cuando eso interfiere con nuestro ritmo diario, ser conscientes de que Él es nuestro Compañero y mantenerlo a nuestro lado con fe en Su existencia. ¡Nada más sencillo que eso! Pero con un corazón honesto.
