El Raja Yoga es como el túnel del tiempo en donde puedo apercibirme del porqué, el cuando y el cómo estoy en este cuerpo y en este mundo. Es la varita mágica que desvela mi identidad verdadera, la naturaleza de este mundo en el que vivo y la verdadera naturaleza de todos los que me rodean. Éste es un conocimiento que se va desvelando a sí mismo poco a poco. Es la mejor manera de comprenderlo todo; incluso comprenderme a mí misma.

Aquest és un coneixement que va desvetllant-se a si mateix poc a poc. És la millor manera de comprendre-ho tot; fins i tot comprendre’m a mi mateixa.
