¿QUÉ ES RAJA YOGA FÁCIL?
La definición de Raja Yoga, la que me sintetizaron cuando pregunté hace unos treinta años al sentir curiosidad por esa modalidad, fue: “es el yoga de la mente”. Por aquel entonces estaba en el punto más culminante de la práctica del hatha yoga, por lo que me dije a mí misma que esa práctica mental debería estar muy por encima de mis posibilidades, si lo comparaba con las dificultades que ese yoga físico me comportaban, pero también comprendí que podría ser un eslabón más a subir; mi signo zodiacal tiene en su haber el reto constante. Así que, esa definición quedó ahí, en un rincón de mi alma, a la espera de mejores tiempos. Pero…, con el tiempo he descubierto que muchas de las cosas que atraen nuestra atención, más tarde o más temprano entrarán en nuestra vida. Y aquí estoy, practicando Raja Yoga, el que Dios nos está enseñando ahora en estos tiempos: Raja Yoga Fácil.
Pues bien, esta es una modalidad de Yoga que nada tiene que ver con ningún otro yoga de los que se están practicando por todo el mundo; no voy a decir que no sean útiles, todos tienen un fin: encontrarnos a nosotros mismos, saber quienes somos, eso es lo que yo creo; mi experiencia en el hatha yoga fue lograr interiorización y entenderme como dos cosas distintas por lo que se refiere al cuerpo, pero no descubrí quién era de verdad hasta que empecé Raja Yoga.
El Raja Yoga es más bien un estudio exhaustivo de cuatro asignaturas básicas: Conocimiento, Yoga (unión), Dharma (puesta en práctica) y Servicio. Y comprender que seremos o somos estudiantes durante toda la vida, hasta el final. Si creemos que ya lo sabemos todo.., se termina el aprender, se estanca la mente y nos quedamos atrás, no avanzamos.
Todo esto…, no parece nada fácil, ¿verdad? Este es un conocimiento al que tienen acceso toda clase de personas: niños, jóvenes, adultos, mayores…, inteligentes y no tanto. Es el mismo estudio para todos; todos aprenden lo mismo, pero todos embeben distinto y eso es correcto; eso es lo que lo hace fácil. Y si aún y así el conocimiento no se comprende.., Dios nos dice: “Manmanabhav” y “Madyajibhav” : “recordadMe solo a Mí, pertenecedMe” y “recordad la meta y el objetivo”. Este es el mantra que nuestro Satgurú, Dios, nos da. Por eso se llama Raja Yoga Fácil.
