L’autoestima que Déu valora, és la de ser conscient de la pròpia identitat espiritual. Creure’s ser un cos que un dia desapareixerà de la faç de la Terra, és ser sumís a la matèria; és a dir, ser un esclau de la matèria.
Jo sóc l’ànima que actua a través d’aquest cos que ara tinc, o millor dit: sóc qui fa que el cos ho faci tot a les «meves ordres».
Jo l’ànima sóc karavankar (qui inspira que es faci).
El meu cos és karankar (el que fa).
