L’edat del salt
La humanitat i el Planeta s’estan preparant per fer un gran salt. Pels éssers humans és un salt de consciència que uns l’acceptaran de tot cor i l’adoptaran com quí espera una gota d’aigua en el desert, i d’altres el veuran com una amenaça al seu sistema de vida establert. Pel Planeta, per la part física, serà una renovació integral, una renovació de la matèria. Ambdós salts, el de consciència i el físic estan indefectiblement inter-connectats. Quan hi hagi l’un també hi haurà l’altre. Per això, quan vegem flaquejar tots els suports físics on ens hem estat recolzant, haurem de dirigir la nostra mirada interior cap a l’únic Suport que no flaquejarà en aquells moments. És bo tornar a recuperar aquesta connexió, aquest reconeixement de nosaltres mateixos com a éssers espirituals, ja que així no costarà tant d’establir connexió amb l’Esperit Mare/Pare de tots nosaltres, el Suport que ens ajudarà a fer el salt.
The age of the jump
Humanity and the Planet are preparing to take a great leap. For human beings it is a leap of consciousness that some will accept it wholeheartedly and adopt it as waiting for a drop of water in the desert, and others will see it as a threat to their established way of life. For the Planet, for the physical 
part, it will be an integral renewal, a renewal of matter. Both jumps, the consciousness and the physical are unfailingly interconnected. When there is one there will also be the other. For this reason, when we see all the physical supports where we have been supporting ourselves weaken, we will have to direct our inner gaze towards the only Support that will not weaken in those moments. It is good to regain this connection, this recognition of ourselves as spiritual beings, since it will not cost so much to establish a connection with the Mother/Father Spirit of all of us, the Support that will help us to make the leap.

La humanidad y el Planeta se están preparando para dar un gran salto. Para los seres humanos es un salto de conciencia que unos lo aceptarán de todo corazón y lo adoptarán como quién espera una gota de agua en el desierto, y otros lo verán como una amenaza a su sistema de vida establecido. Para el Planeta, para la parte física, será una renovación integral, una renovación de la materia. Ambos saltos, el de conciencia y el físico están indefectiblemente inter-conectados. Cuando exista uno también habrá el otro. Por eso, cuando veamos flaquear todos los soportes físicos donde nos hemos estado apoyando, tendremos que dirigir nuestra mirada interior hacia el único Soporte que no flaqueará en aquellos momentos. Es bueno volver a recuperar esta conexión, este reconocimiento de nosotros mismos como seres espirituales, ya que así no costará tanto establecer conexión con el Espíritu Madre/Padre de todos nosotros, el Soporte que nos ayudará a dar el salto.
