Tot passejant per un poblet del Pirineu, m’he topat amb aquesta imatge, i a l’altre costat hi havia un cartellet que hi posava: 30 Cabres (formatgeria) El lloc estava tancat, però els guardians estaven alertes i m’he preguntat si les 3o cabres estarien pasturant sense els seus guardadors.., i al mateix temps, una espurna de tristesa m’ha colpejat el cor: què fem amb els animals? Ves si no es estarien més feliços sense que els tinguéssim esclavitzats! Hi estem tan acostumats que no ens en adonem, ni tampoc volem renunciar al plaer de degustar carns i formatges.., quina llàstima tot plegat! Volem un món millor, oi?, doncs posem-nos-hi a treballar! Comencem per ensinistrar el paladar; només son costums i els costums es poden canviar; un món millor s’ho val!

Paseando por un pueblecito del Pirineo, me he topado con esta imagen, y al otro lado había un cartelito que ponía: 30 Cabras (quesería) El lugar estaba cerrado, pero los guardianes estaban alertas y me he preguntado si las 3o cabras estarían pastando sin sus guardadores.., y al mismo tiempo, un destello de tristeza me ha golpeado el corazón: ¿qué hacemos con los animales? ¡Mirad si no estarían más felices sin que los tuviéramos esclavizados! Estamos tan acostumbrados que no nos damos cuenta, ni tampoco queremos renunciar al placer de degustar carnes y quesos.., ¡qué lástima todo! Queremos un mundo mejor, ¿verdad ?, pues pongámonos a trabajar! Empecemos por adiestrar al paladar; sólo son costumbres y las costumbres se pueden cambiar; ¡un mundo mejor lo vale!
