Ser conscient de que sóc el cos que tinc, és deixar que la matèria tingui poder damunt meu.
BENEDICCIÓ: Que us allibereu de la consciència del cos i rebeu respecte de tothom, romanent estables en la vostra autoestima.
Reconèixer que sóc un ésser espiritual, l’ànima, i que el cos és el meu vehicle pel pas per la experiència terrenal, em fa ser un ésser complert; no estic fent una suma heterogènia i confonent el resultat. Aquesta és la meva autoestima, doncs no estic sotmès a la llei per la que està regida la matèria física; sé què i qui sóc; sé què tinc en préstec i sé que ho hauré de tornar en algun moment. Per tant.., no hi haurà por quan el temps del cos s’acabi, perquè jo, l’ànima, seguiré existint; aquesta és l’autoestima que Déu vol que tinguem.
To be aware that I am the body I have is to let matter have power over me.

Recognizing that I am a spiritual being, the soul, and that the body is my vehicle for the passage through earthly experience, makes me a complete being; I am not making a heterogeneous sum and confusing the result. This is my self-esteem, because I am not subject to the law by which physical matter is governed; I know what and who I am; I know what I have on loan and I know that I will have to return it at some point. Therefore.., there will be no fear when the time of the body is over, because I, the soul, will continue to exist; this is the self-esteem that God wants us to have.
