No podem fer com l’estruç que amaga el cap en un forat per no veure què passa a fora, degut a la por. Altra cosa és estar tot el dia ofuscats i angoixats escoltant i explicant constantment tot el que passa en el món. Coses i fets que ensopeixen l’ànima que som, perquè ens colpeixen, ens fan patir i a més.., ens sentim impotents per no poder-hi fer res. Són com escombraries que s’acumulen a dins i poden fermentar; embruten i fan baixar el poder de l’esperit.

No podemos hacer como el avestruz que esconde la cabeza en un agujero para no ver qué ocurre fuera, debido al miedo. Otra cosa es estar todo el día ofuscados y angustiados escuchando y contando constantemente todo lo que ocurre en el mundo. Cosas y hechos que amodorran el alma que somos, porque nos golpean, nos hacen sufrir y además.., nos sentimos impotentes por no poder hacer nada. Son como basura que se acumula dentro y puede fermentar; ensucian y bajan el poder del espíritu.
