Sempre feliç?
Acostumem a confondre ser feliç amb un estat d’eufòria.
Mantenir un estat d’eufòria és totalment insà, a part d’impossible, fins i tot podríem emmalaltir. Però, abastar un estat de felicitat sostenible és possible. Només cal prendre les regnes de les emocions i posar-hi un punt i final quan notem que aquella emoció perjudica l’estat de la ment.

Si l’arc de Sant Martí no posés un punt i final.., seria una circumferència, mai tindria final. Deixant de banda que és un reflex del sol descomposant la llum en les partícules d’aigua que ressegueix el contorn de la Terra, és una bonica metàfora de l’engrescador que pot semblar l’estat d’eufòria tal com ho és la imatge de l’arc multicolor… però enganyador.
Always happy?
We often confuse being happy with a state of euphoria.
Maintaining a state of euphoria is totally insane, apart from impossible, we could even get sick. However, encompassing a state of sustainable happiness is possible. It is enough to take the reins of emotions and put a full stop to it when we notice that that emotion harms the state of mind.
SLOGAN: So that your heart is constantly happy, put a full stop to the computer of your intellect
If the rainbow didn’t have an end point… it would be a circumference, it would never end. Leaving aside that it is a reflection of the sun breaking down light into the water particles that travel around the contour of the Earth, it is a nice metaphor for how exhilarating the state of euphoria can seem, as is the image of the arc multicolored… but deceptive.
¿Siempre feliz?
Solemos confundir ser feliz con un estado de euforia.
Mantener un estado de euforia es totalmente insano, aparte de imposible, incluso podríamos enfermar. Sin embargo, abarcar un estado de felicidad sostenible es posible. Basta con tomar las riendas de las emociones y poner un punto y final cuando notemos que aquella emoción perjudica al estado de la mente.
SLOGAN: Para que vuestro corazón esté constantemente feliz, poned un punto y final en el ordenador de vuestro intelecto
Si el arco iris no pusiera un punto y final.., sería una circunferencia, nunca tendría fin. Dejando de lado que es un reflejo del sol descomponiendo la luz en las partículas de agua que recorre el contorno de la Tierra, es una bonita metáfora de lo estimulante que puede parecer el estado de euforia, tal y como lo es la imagen de el arco multicolor… pero engañador.
